New Year, New Direction to Starbase Majestic

Now that it's a new year here, it is time we get back to action. I hope everyone has enjoyed their holidays. With, the new year, there will be some changes to this simm. In the past, I have always valued quality over quantity and I still believe in that and I hope we can do that this year. I know a lot of us are learning to work together as not everyone has been posting with each other in the past and have different writing styles.

Real life comes first, but I really want to push everyone to post once a week regardless of position. Even if you have a junior officer position, you should still be able to post once a week. I know we can't always make it for many reasons and that I understand. If you are stuck on what to post, ask. Remember, you can always start a JP with any member of the crew. NPCs are encouraged. Please talk to me or my XO if you are interested in creating a civilian NPC. If you want to create an NPC that is not in your department, please talk to the department head and then my XO and I about it. Now that we are back to being active now, I will be trying my best to post twice a week.

In addition, we lost Cain and I am sure I did not get around to mentioning that we received Chief Warrant Officer Mara Hamilton who will be taking up the position as Reconnaissance Scout / Sniper which obviously is under the Marine Department. I would like to officially welcome you to Starbase Majestic.

In addition, if anyone has any mission suggestion or ideas, feel free to suggest them. Don't be afraid to post. Feel free to experiment and try new things with your characters. You don't have to wait for my XO or myself to lead you, but we will be here to help you if you are stuck on an idea. If anyone knows anyone who would be interested in this simm, please don't hesitate to send them this direction, but please tell them to make sure they write the best possible application as we do look through them and if poorly done, it will get declined.
