Physical Description		Toshi has a lightly tanned skin for an Asian, and his black hair is always trimmed, as he likes to be neat and tidy. His build is something of a cross between a gymnast and an athlete with leanly developed muscles. Toshi is an easygoing character when it comes to clothes, so his usual clothing would be a combination of a polo tee shirt, and a sports jacket and a pair of light blue jeans. He also like to wear a pair of sneakers wherever he goes, and he is always never without a watch on his wrist, when he is off duty.

Personality & Traits

General Overview		Toshiyuki, or Toshi as he liked to be called is someone that could be described as having a strong sense of justice, personal or otherwise. It was not really surprising, since he and his family has been following some tenets of the ancient path of the warrior, the Bushido. The influence of an ancient show that Toshi still follows, the Kamen Rider series, also influenced on how he sees other people. To his friends and family, Toshi is someone that always be counted upon when the chips are down, in any situation. No matter how hard the difficulty, he will always try to throw in his lot, and try to assist the person in question to the end. He always keeps his promises no matter what, and only something major would make him break his promise to another.
Strengths & Weaknesses		Toshi has a very strong sense of friendship and loyalty to anyone and is a very dependable character. He is also fairly good at athletics and a good player in baseball, especially a pitcher, since he has a good throwing arm. However, since does not like people who betray others, the sight of one would throw him into a frenzy and he would stop at nothing to see the offender punished.

Hobbies & Interests		Toshi is an avid watcher of the Kamen Rider series and still watches them even until now. He also plays baseball, and has a black belt in Karate and Aikido, as well as a second dan in Kendo

History

Personal History		Toshiyuki was born in Kanagawa Prefecture in Japan in 2366, from the union of Benkei Kitano, a retired professional baseball player, and Hana Kitano, a retired scientist that used to work for Starfleet. Growing up was a joy for Toshi, since he got to learn many things such as the love of baseball from his father, and the eye for detail from his mother, which helped him in his young life. Neither parents mentioned anything about Starfleet to their only son, though his mother sometimes told him about the adventures she had in the past while serving for Starfleet. That was something that would later help Toshi to join the ranks of Starfleet, just as his mother did. In terms of education, Toshi went to regular school, just like the other kids around his age, and his aptitude for the sport of baseball soon drafted him into the baseball teams while he was in junior high school. His curiosity for his mother's work grew through the years, and once he finished his schooling, he announced to his parents that he will be joining Starfleet Academy. His parents were not really surprised by the decision, and agreed to his decision, and soon he was in Starfleet Academy, where he excelled in the physical portion of the courses, which led the Academy teachers to assign him to more intensive lessons in the areas of Security and Tactical. Four years later, he graduated from the Academy with honors, and now was waiting for his first posting
