Biography - Captain Mackenzie Zabinski

Personal History		Mackenzie grew up on the south side of Chicago. She was the only child born to David and Hannah Zabinski. Mackenzie grew up knowing that she wanted to join Starfleet so from an early age she studied hard to get there and when she attended Starfleet Academy at the age of 18, she knew that she had a lot of work to do to get to where she wanted to be. While in the academy, her concentration was on engineering. When she graduated, she graduated on the top half of her class. Her first assignment after graduating was the USS intrepid which was an intrepid class starship. Over the years she rose through the ranks all the way from an engineering officer to the captain of the USS Horizon. After the Horizon, she later went back to the academy to go a new direction within starfleet. She was trained as a Security Officer. After graduating, she was placed on Starbase Majestic to get real hands on experience.
