General Overview		Vinnie is broody but friendly when he gets to know someone. The Nucolli are descendants of canines, they have fur and the ears, no tail. The males average in height between 6'4-7'0, the fur comes in different colors, the color helps place where they are in Nucolli people. White being the most basic, to Black being the most dangerous. Vinnie's fur is black and white, he is what is called a terror, if you are familiar with Dementors in Harry Potter, a terror is very much like that, except he uses a persons mind against them, also in the twilight series, a character named Jane could use her mind to make a person feel pain by placing the thought into their minds, same idea. Nucolli are friendly and loyal, Vinnie is quiet until he gets to know someone. Nucolli's strength is about the equivalent of a Vulcans. It is also a bad idea to mind meld with a Nucolli its a type of mating, basically once two minds meet they are in each others heads permanently untill one dies. Nucolli at this time are not part of the federation, thats at the request of Vinnie's mom, Xaune Tempest. Their home planet is in the Delta quadrant.

Personal History		Vinnie was born on the Nucolli world, a planet in the Delta Quadrant, his mother Xaune gave birth to twins, his twin sister Angeline and he were born at the same time. Xaune would tell stories to them about her adventures into the Alpha Quadrant with their father, and the many different species that she knew, she worked a lot with the Vulcans and were on good terms with the race. As Vinnie and Angeline got older they were able to go on some of the trips to Vulcan, often on Nucolli starships, Vinnie and Angeline grew more and more interested in Starfleet, but Xaune was against joining starfleet, for various reasons but they had quite a bit of contact with Starfleet due to layovers at different bases. When Vinnie and Angeline became of age, they wanted to go through the starfleet academy, Xaune was not happy about it but gave in. Angelines interest was in engineering where Vinnies was in command and Security, Vinnie at first had a hard time making friends because he was stronger then most of the cadets and could outrun them.
