I had just arrived on the Horizon. Everyone seems to be quite friendly. I recently got in contact with an old academy classmate before I boarded Horizon. He told me that life always gives us choices. I think I made the right choice to go into Starfleet.

Senior staff conference has just been called. I shall close with this line:

"Life can be a bit tricky. Be sure to walk safely as you go."
