Unpacking

Mission: Dangerous Waters (Prologue)
Location: USS Horizon

Josh had just boarded the Horizon. He was wearing a vest with a shirt & a pair of jeans. He wandered the corridors for a bit before finding his quarters. Josh entered & threw his bag on the bed. "Home sweet home." he said. Josh went into his bag & pulled a small object. It was a magic 8 ball. He set it on the desk & went to the replicator to grab a bite. Once he finished, Josh chanced into his standard uniform & went out of his Quarters. Just down the corridor was his science lab, Josh entered it & said to the officers, "Hey, I'm Josh, the CSO. I'll be meeting with you all separately later, so hang tight. Right now, I'd like a full report on all these neat experiments your doing."

It took the Science lab officers 20 minutes to get the report done. The younger of the bunch presented the padd to him. "Thank you, miss.....?" "Baxton, sir." she said. Baxton stood tall & had pretty blue eyes. "Dismissed." Josh said & Baxton left the Science Lab office.

The computer said that a staff meeting was being called, so he grabbed the padd & his coffee, then went on his way.
