Mission with a double deal

Mission: Dangerous Waters (The Aftermath)
Location: various

Jon stood in his Office with AJ and had just come to find out that the Horizon may be in the middle of a Black Market weapons and medical scam. "First how do we take this to the Captain. I don't want to end a good officer's life if we are wrong." Jon said to AJ all business. "Have you done an inventory of sickbays medical supplies in the last few days?"

"I've done one last week... I'll order up another one.." She said then tapped her commbadge and old T'lana to do a full inventory and do it herself, no delegating or talking about it to anyone. Once she was done she looked back to Jon as they walked. "We aren't talking about arresting anyone right now... we are talking informing the Captain of what could be going down on her ship. I think she has a right to know, you want that curtsy yourself, Jon."

Jon looked at AJ "Your right i would but i belive this would be taken serious if we both go to her and not just one of us." Jon said making all the evidance he thought or had fund on a Padd. "Computer location of Commander King."

"Commander King is in her ready room," said the computer.

Jon looked at AJ "Let's go." Jon walked out og his office and headed to the turbolift. "Bridge." He looked at AJ, "I find it funny that we start something with each other and we end up with a possible conspiracy." Jon heard a response from her but the turbolift arrived at the bridge and Jon stepped out. Jon saw his shift officer move to relive himself so jon could take over. "As you were Ensign." Jon headed to the Captain's ready room door and pushed the chime."

"Come," said Alexandria.

Stepping into the ready room, AJ nodded to Alex as she approached the desk. "Captain... we might have a problem." AJ said as she then looked to Jon to explain.

"What is it," asked Alex.

It didn't look like Jon was going to explain so AJ turned to look at the Captain. "There could be a chance there is someone on board stealing medical and other things from the ship and selling it on the blackmarket. Jon got an alert form Starfleet Security reporting it that it had been found on several ships and that we were advised to investigate to see if anything is missing from the Horizon. As of right know T'Lana is running a full inventory of medical... I should have that report soon and we'll know if anything is missing from there."

"Thank you," said Alex. "Please let me know what you find out."

AJ nodded. "I'm going to head down there now and assist Lana, I'll leave you to to finish this up.." AJ said then nodded to Alex and Jon then turned and walked out of the ready room.

Jon waited for AJ to leave. "Captain i belive that Reggie from the weapon storeage maybe the Weapon contact. He informed me he was goingto request to have all the max torpedoes when we reach the starbase for our upcoming mission." Jon looked at his padd and he had seen the request was made 4 days ago but he had marked it pending since he was injured."

"hmm," said Alex. "Have you questioned him about it?"

"No sir i haven't." I have no real proof and if he is i don't want him to be alerted that we know." Jon said. He knew he may just be a little bit more on edge then others but he knew that it was better safe then sorry. "I wanted to talk to you first." Jon was hoping that AJ's inventory was going well.

"Lieutenant, a little reminder here. Call me captain. Not sir. Anyways what do you suggest we do about this situation? You are security after all."

-=A=- "Kalyn to King and Park, just finished the inventory... we've got something missing from medical storage. Modtidine Antibiotic, it can't be replicated.. highly sought after on the black market, if it's still on the ship internal sensors could be modified to scan for it." -=A=-

Alex looked at Jon "Do you want to take care of this?"

"Aye Captain, i will be in Sickbay." Jon headed to the door. =/= Park to Secuirty team Gamma report to Sickbay." Jon walked out and headed for the turbolift =/= Park to Doctor Kalyn, i am on my way Secuirty team Gamma is also coming please give them a place to wait." Jon was the turbolift doors open and out step Reggie. "Crewman Forster what are you doing on the bridge, i didn't have a bridge shift for you this wee....." was all jon got out as Reggie punched him right in the neck.

The next thing he knew he was being helped up his Tactical shift officer. "Reggie what the hell was that for." Jon was something off. "=/= Park to Doctor Kalyn, I have been attacked by Crewman Forster. He is off somehow i am beaming to sickbay with him, have Gamma team standing by." Jon stood by Reggie and tapped his combadge =/= Park to transporter room one, two to beam directly to sickbay."

"Acknowledged." AJ replied just as security came in and she gestured for them to stand over there. She then readied herself for Jon's arrival with Reggie via transporter. She wondered what degree of having been attacked Jon meant though.

Jon appeared in sickbay with Reggie firmly in his hands. "Doctor please tend to Reggie and myself after i am fine." Jon went into the doctors office and sat in the seat, he felt ok just a pain in his head. AJ came in shortly and looked at him. "Any thing on Reggie?" He saw the look on her face. "I am fine and if you want i will let you check." Jon held out the Medical tricorder that hadd been sitting on her table next to her desk. "I already ran the scan and all i feel is a slight pain in my head. the tricorder had found no damage and all i need is a pain killer. What does the doctor think?"

"I think you need leave practicing medicine to someone who's has been trained to do so." She said then looked at the tricorder. "Riggie must suspect something, why else would he attack you?" AJ asked.

Jon smiled " His eyes were glassy i belive he was either brain washed or under control of an alien contact." Jon saw her look and didn't like it. "What is wrong?"
